Notice to Dr. Enafaty’s Patients:

Dr. Enafaty’s last day at Yale Medical Centre will be October 1, 2026, and he will begin seeing patients at Medora Health Centre on October 5, 2026. Patients wishing to continue their care with Dr. Enafaty do not need to take any action; their care will automatically transition to his new clinic.
